With a degree in History and a Master in History and Heritage, I am passionate about the theme of Ancestrality. In fact I have always been passionate about history, community and ancestors and when I finally found out who my ancestors were, I felt like something I had never felt before. The feeling of belonging. Blood flows from my veins from many people who fought at different times in their lives for me to be here today. Now I know the name of each one! I know what they did and where they went. I know where my surnames come from and I am extremely proud to use them. Now it's your turn.

Our services involve the search for certificates (birth, marriage, death, legitimation, etc.), possible news in newspapers, wills, and other types of documents. We conducted a thorough research to find out where your roots are. Will you be 100% Portuguese?
The survey will be grouped in an interactive database that will be delivered at the end of the survey! In addition to the database, we can also create a souvenir book where your family's story will be!

The Book
Everything that is discovered will be placed in a book that will remain for your descendants. In this book you will have all the certifications and information found.

Every two months we review the situation via an online or face-to-face meeting.

VIVER AS FONTAINHAS
Having ancestors in the place of Fontainhas in the city of Porto, I decided to choose it as a research theme for my Masters in History and Heritage. The result was wonderful. I fell in love with Fontainhas and the stories told by the residents. I ended up making very lovely friendships in this place with an enlightened soul called Soraia Gomes, Personal Development Coaching, we both had something in common. We loved Fontainhas, History and community.
And following that passion, we carry out projects together not only for the community but also for the place itself. We saw joy, emotion, love, pride in several of our events. Especially in the Recreation of Washerwomen. On that day, women from the community proudly dressed up as their mothers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers and washed clothes in tanks of water that had once been part of their lives. Then I understood. Our ancestors are not with us in the present life but every day we look in the mirror we see them. Our eyes, our mouth, our hair all derive from them. Our way to speak, our thoughts, our traumas stem from them. Upon discovering our ancestors we ended up taking a journey of discovering ourselves.
